To achieve this objective, the brand is all set to introduce the highly-anticipated Aprilia RS 457, which is scheduled for launch on September 20th of this year.


However, specific details regarding the release are yet to be disclosed. Reports suggest that the company will soon begin accepting pre-orders for this exciting sports bike.

The brand has already unveiled the forthcoming sports bike in international markets, revealing crucial specifications and standout features. The Aprilia RS 457 is expected to be a scaled-down version of the RS 660, boasting numerous eye-catching attributes and a respectable power output.

In terms of design, as mentioned earlier, the bike will share numerous features with the existing RS 660 model. 


It will sport a split LED headlight setup, complemented by a transparent visor, enhancing its overall visual appeal and on-road presence. 


Additionally, it will feature a similar fairing style, clip-on handlebars, and rear-set footpegs, ensuring a comfortable and sporty riding posture for enthusiasts.


The bike will come equipped with a Bluetooth-enabled TFT display, allowing riders to monitor essential information on the screen, including messages and calls. 


To enhance speed and reduce weight, the company will once again utilize an aluminum frame, delivering impressive power and torque. 


Safety-wise, the bike will incorporate a three-level traction control system, dual-channel ABS, and offer three selectable ride modes.


Aprilia RS 457 Engine:


Under the hood, the upcoming Aprilia RS 457 will be powered by a 457 cc twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, generating a maximum output of 47 bhp. 


This engine will be paired with a 6-speed transmission. Regarding pricing, it is expected to be priced above Rs 4 lakh (ex-showroom).
